Some celebrities manage to stay out of the limelight and mind their own business. They choose not to mix their public and personal life and only come out of their hiding when a certain role or event requires. But there are too many celebrities in Hollywood that simply can’t seem to understand why the whole privacy thing is important. These people can’t let a day pass without making their presence known to the world, be it through bad selfies on Instagram, calling the paparazzi on themselves (because that is a thing nowadays, apparently) or expressive their very offensive and outrageous opinions. We have ten offensive and simply outrageous celebrity quotes that will leave you speechless, so here goes!
10. “The media crucify me like they did Christ” – Kanye West
Comparing yourself to Jesus is the perfect way of letting people know you’ve gone off the rails. Yes, Kanye, the media is doing the same thing they did to Jesus, literally. Well, to be honest, this is the type of behavior we would expect from West, because he’s known to have said some other offensive and outrageous things in the past. Our favorite after the Jesus remark is: “For me, I’m a creative genius. There’s no other way to word it.” Modesty’s dead and buried with him!
9. “Faggot” – Isaiah Washington
Isaiah Washington was an up-and-coming actor and a star in Grey’s Anatomy. All doors were open to him until one day he decided to show the world that he was a raging homophobe, calling his cast mate, T.R. Knight a faggot. He was forced to quit his job and the entire world turned against him. That’s what you get for being a raging homophobe!
8. “Yeah, I get to play dress up. I do it for a living, like a retard.” – Jennifer Aniston
Yes, Jennifer, that’s what you do for a living, you play dress up, like a retard and you earn millions of dollars for it. Not only is the word retard as offensive as they come, but her whole statement offends the 99%, who don’t get to make in a lifetime what she makes for a single movie.
7. “I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals.” – Gisele Bundchen
Gisele annoyed a lot of women when she said this. Eating to your heart’s desire when you’re pregnant does not mean that you’re turning your body into garbage disposals, Gisele. We know that it’s not probably what you meant, but you could have said it differently. And besides, not all women can snap back to their pre-pregnancy bodies as quickly as she can and throwing harsh words around doesn’t help anyone.
6. “I am on a drug. It’s called Charlie Sheen” – Charlie Sheen
“It’s not available. If you try it once you will die. Your face will melt off and your children will weep over your exploded body.” Ah, the good old days when crack cocaine had gone to Charlie’s head and he went on a tirade all over the media saying that’s he drinks tiger blood and that he’s a warlock. Sometimes, I miss those days and sometimes, I think that kind of entertainment won’t be available to us again anytime soon. Yes, people were worried about him, but we all knew deep down inside that Charlie Sheen would probably outlive us all.
5. “He’s a Nigger”– Michael Richards
One of the most offensive and outrageous celebrity quotes: “Fifty years ago, we’d have you upside down with a fucking fork up your ass. You can talk, you can talk, you’re brave now motherfucker. Throw his ass out. He’s a nigger! He’s a nigger! He’s a A nigger, look, there’s a nigger!”Richards was doing a stand up show when he got heckled by a black man. His reaction was the aforementioned quote – as a result, he lost the respect of the media, his fans and just like Isaiah Washington, he didn’t work for quite a while.
4. “Two heterosexual actors pretending to be gay, so the complete opposite of some famous Scientologists.”— Ricky Gervais
Ricky Gervais is one of the funniest men in Hollywood, but also one of the most offensive and outrageous. When he hosted the Golden Globes for two years in a row, he came out with gem after gem and this one above is, I believe, the most brilliant. He was describing the Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor in the movie I Love You, Phillip Morris. In case you didn’t catch who the scientologist he was referring to were, it’s Tom Cruise and John Travolta. Ron L. Hubbard, the man who invented scientology, believed that it was an aberration, a disease, and that gay men are “perverts who don’t practice love.”
3. “I can’t stand black guys” – Paris Hilton
Paris Hilton is famous for being famous. She’s rich, pretty and loves to party. She’s not someone you would dislike, but read what she had to say about a date with Vin Diesel: “We were making out, but then we went somewhere where it was bright and I saw that he was black and made an excuse and left. I can’t stand black guys. I would never touch one. It’s gross. Does that guy look black to you?” Is this girl for real? Who says that?! A racist, that’s who! The sad thing is that it didn’t affect her success. She is now one of the most successful DJs in the world.
2. “I love Hitler” – John Galliano
One evening Christian Dior designer John Galliano went to dinner with some of his friends and got drunk. He then proceeded to let all the hate he had in his heart come out and it was caught on tape. He said to a woman at the table “People like you would be dead. Your mothers, your forefathers, would all be fucking gassed”. He was fired from Dior and went to rehab. Because drugs and alcohol tend to make people anti-Semitic, of course.
1. “The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world” – Mel Gibson
We’ve picked this gem mostly at random, because Mel Gibson has said plenty of offensive things. Aside from being anti-Semitic, he’s also a raging racist and abuser, threatening his former girlfriend with the following: “You look like a fucking pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of niggers, it will be your fault”. We honestly do not have any comments on this.
