It may be hard to believe, but exercising too little can actually may you tired. Exercise breeds energy, is what many doctors are saying and the facts are facts! Studies have shown that people who exercise feel much less fatigue than those who don’t exercise at all. Just imagine how tired you feel after a day spent in front of the television eating junk food!
Another very common factor behind your tiredness could be the lack of certain vitamins and nutrients. For example, low levels of potassium could be to blame for your fatigue.
