The less good news is that once installed, stretch marks cannot be removed. The good news however, is that they can be greatly reduced in intensity. So, here are ten natural remedies against stretch.
1. Onion juice with apple cider vinegar
Use a juicer to get the juice of an onion or grate it and squeeze the juice using a clean cloth. Mix the juice with half a cup of apple cider vinegar (100 ml) and use a cosmetic pad to soak and apply it to the problem areas. For maximum result, you should use this remedy for at least 3 weeks, 2 times per day. It’s has a bit unpleasant smell, but the results are very good.
2. Brown sugar, coffee grounds and ginger scrub

4. Avocado cream with lemon and honey
Mix well half of an avocado with the juice from half a lemon and a tablespoon of honey. Apply with a light massage, in circular motion to areas affected by stretch marks. Results are visible in about 2 weeks of daily application.
5. Aloe vera moisturizer and vitamin E
You will certainly find this moisturizer indicated in the treatment of stretch marks in stores, but it is more effective and less costly if you prepare it at home with quality ingredients. You need some aloe vera leaves mashed and some vitamin E capsules – depending on how extensive the area affected by stretch marks is. If the vitamin E vials are too expensive, replace them with olives, parsley, avocado or almond oil.
6. Apricots, olive oil and lemon juice mask
Apricots are rich in beta-carotene and can be an excellent tonic for both body and skin, assuring a protective barrier against free radicals. A mixture from apricots, olive oil and lemon juice fights stretch marks using these main weapons: cleans your skin, nourishes and moisturizes, protects and takes care of firmness.
7. Sugar with olive oil
Sugar in combination with vitamin C helps reduce stretch marks, especially those of the breasts. All you have to do is mix a few teaspoons of sugar with olive oil and apply with a gentle circular massage for 5 minutes on the affected areas.

8. Cocoa butter

10. Cocoa butter and wheat germ oil
One of the best ingredients that helps improve skin appearance is cocoa butter. Using a poultice based cocoa butter will help you get smooth skin and visibly reduce stretch. Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter and cocoa, a tablespoon of wheat germ oil, a teaspoon apricot kernel oil, two teaspoons of beeswax. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then put on low heat to melt. Once the beeswax has melted, remove the bowl from the heat, then move the mixture in another container and put it in the refrigerator.
