Because of the acidity contained in the vinegar, the pH of your scalp is changed, which makes it more difficult for the yeast to grow and produce dandruff. For this natural treatment you need to mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar with ¼ cup of water in a spray bottle and apply it on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and leave the vinegar for 15 minutes to an hour to do its job. Then wash your hair as you normally do. Repeat this twice a week until your hair is dandruff free.
