Th music industry has always been split into artists who release hit after hit, and the artists that have just that one hot wonder that made them famous. The 2000’s has been a period we all remember dearly, so lets go back in time and take a look at a list of 20 one hit wonders in the United States from the early 2000’s.
Debelah Morgan Dance With Me
Debelah Morgan is a singer and songwriter from the United States and people know her by the single she released in 2001, Dance with me, from her third album, which placed itself on the 8th position on the Billboard top 100.

Mikaila is a pop artist from Edmond, Oklahoma, who as a child she played in several movies. She is a mix of French, Spanish and Mexican.
Fuel Hemorrhage (in My hands)
Fuel is a post grunge band from the United States which was started in 1989 by guitarist Carl Bell and the bassist Jeff Abercrombie. At the beginning they were known as Small the Joy and 1round 1994 they changed their name to Fuel.
Fuel has sold close to 4 million records globally and in 2001 they returned with the hit Hemorrhage(in my hands). They released a new album in 2014 called Puppeteer strings, and the only original members of the initial band who remained was vocalist Brett Scallions.

One of the one hit wonders of the 2000’s has featured the following artist. Ricardo George Ducent is best known as Rikrok, his stage name and is a Jamaican singer who has become famous when he featured in Shaggy’s single It Wasn’t Me.
Crazy Town Butterfly
Crazy Town is a rap metal band from the United States of America, which was created in 1995 by Seth Binzer and Bret Mazur. They became known everywhere after they released their hit single Butterfly which became number one on the US Billboard Top 100. Crazy Town has released two albums called The Gift of Game and Darkhorse.
Evan and Jaron Crazy For This Girl
Evan and Jaron David Lowenstein are brothers, identical twins actually and were born in the United States. Their stage name was Evan and Jaron and have released three albums and had three singles which made it on the Pop charts. Their highest reach was with the single Crazy For This Girl which positioned itself on the 16th place on the Billboard Top 100 in 2000.
Eden’s Crush Get Over Yourself
Eden’s Crush was a girl group created in the United States, based on the reality television series Popstars at the beginning of 2001. One of the members of this group was also Nicole Scherzinger who later joined the Pussycat Dolls.
ATC Around The World
ATC stands for A Touch of Class and was a music group coming from Germany, even though all its four members were from different countries, respectively New Zealand, Italy, Australia and the United Kingdom. ATC was a pop music group and they were active from 1998 until 2003. The song that gave them super fame was Around The World.

The initials of 3LW represent the words 3 Little Women, and this was a hip hop and soul girl band from the United States that released a small number of hits at the beginning of the 2000s.The group was initially signed by Epic Records label and after changed it for So So Def.

Jessica Danielle Andrews is a country singer from the United States.She had her hit hit at the age of only 15 years old, when in 1999 she released I Will Be There For You, song found on her first album Heart Shaped World. But her big fame came in 2001, along with the song Who I Am? which became a number one country song.Her second album went gold in America. Unfortunately her third released album Now, from 2003 didn’t encounter the same success.
The Corrs Breathless
The Corrs is an Irish group that sings a combination of rock and celtic Irish music. The four members of the group, are all siblings.
The group has released five albums and had various singles which went platinum in countries all over the world. Their most successful album has been Talk on Corners which went multi platinum in Australia and in the United Kingdom was the album that sold best in 1998. The third album of The Corrs, called In Blue became number one in seventeen countries.

QB’s Finest is a compilation album released in 2000 and was the second release of Nas’s brand new III Will Records. The compilation contained songs from Nas and several other rappers like Queensbridge housing projects, Nashawn, Mobb Deep, Cormega, Littles, Bravehearts.

Afroman is an American artist, with his real name of Joseph Edgar Foreman. He has become known after he released his hit single called Because I Got High which became very successful. In 2002 he was nominated for a Grammy.

The main single Heard It All Before reached the 18th place on the Hot 100 and the third place on the R&B tops.
Lil Romeo My Baby
Percy Romeo Miller, Jr. or Lil Romeo, or Romeo or Maserati Rome, is a rapper from the United States and the son of the famous rapper Master P. In 2000, after he signed a deal with his father’s record label, No Limit Records, he released his most successful single ever, called My Baby.The hit went platinum and Lil Romeo became the youngest singer to become number one on the Billboard 200.
Willa Ford I Wanna Be Bad
Amanda Lee Modano, with the stage name of Willa Ford is an artist from the United States who had her debut album Willa Was Here, in 2001. She had short appearances in Friday the 13th, was the host of various reality shows, posed for Playboy and participated in Dancing With The Stars.
The Wiseguys Start The Commotion
If this one hit wonder doesn’t ring a bell by its name, just listen to the song and you will realise you know it. This is a classic of the one hit wonders. The Wiseguys was an electronic/hip hop band from the united Kingdom who was behind the famous hit Start the Commotion which was featured in the advert for Mitsubishi and also the movies Zoolander, Lizzie McGuire and even Kangaroo Jack. Their song, Ooh La La, was used for Budweiser commercials. Both songs were included on their second album,named The Antidote.
Jimmy Cozier She’s All I Got
Jimmy Cozier is an R&B singer from the United States and the child of the famous saxophonist Jimmy Cozier. His album released in 2001, reached the 65th place on the Billboard Top 200 and the 15th place on the R&B top.
Alien Ant Farm Smooth Criminal
This is a one hot wonder that has 50 million views on YouTube. Alien Ant Farm is a Californian rock bans that was created in 1995. The name of the band was given by the guitarist, Terry Corso who had a concept about aliens and our planet. Alien And Farm has sold more than 5 million records globally and has released four albums and the fifth album has been released in February 2015.
