Top 10 Tips for Healthy Long Nails

Tired of seeing your nails ridged, brittle or yellowed? Ever thought that some things that you do or eat affect the wellbeing of your nails? Here are 10 simple and effective solutions for perfect nails!

1. Moisturize

Ridged and brittle nails are actually victims of dehydration. To avoid this, you must moisturize! How? Using the form of massage, moisturizer nail base.
