Open the window and let the clean fresh air fill your lungs every morning when you wake up. Do this every day, at least twice a day. It is important that you breathe fresh air when you sleep. 2. Change the sheets more often

A glass of good wine might be considered as being a good way to relax before bedtime but guess again. Alcohol is actually considered to be quite toxic before sleep. Your body is shutting down slowly and the wine remains in your stomach and interferes with the wellbeing of your gastric juice. If you are keen in drinking a glass of wine before you go to bed, make sure your drink it in small sips with at least a couple of hours ahead.

Drapes do a good job in providing a good cover against the morning sun but scientist have discovered that the human eye can perceive discreet light shades even when our eyes are shut. You can observe this phenomenon at it’s peak if you face the sun with your eyes shut during a sunny day.
8. Leave your worries behind
Try and focus your attention on how your body relaxes right after you go to bed and don’t remind yourself of the not so pleasant thought and events that you experienced turning the day. Leave your work related worries behind you. Thinking of your next day activities is also a bad idea. Leave your thoughts behind and just enjoy the moment and breathe deeply until you fall asleep.
9. Self suggestion
The power of the mind is known to be vicious. Self-suggestion has proven to be a powerful weapon against stress. Think of your day as a small note in your lifetime and bring up positive thoughts regarding your goals in life. Concentrate on the amount of successful events more than anything. Positive thinking leads to positive actions towards yourself and your loved ones.
10.Create a relaxing environment
Try and create a routine before you go to bed. Light up some candles and drink your favorite tea, except earl grey. Find the tea that relaxes you most and make sure it’s a bit hotter than room temperate when you drink it. Also, make your bathroom mirror pleasant, as this is the place where you spend 10 minutes of the day brushing your teeth. Every mourning when you wake up and every night when you go to sleep you get to see that same mirror so make this moment a pleasant one.
